All About Us at Having Twins

Hi there, I’m Charlene firstly welcome to our 'About Us' page and thank you for exploring my web site.

My husband, John, and I are lucky enough to be raising twin girls and their wonderful older brother. Though it has been hard it gets easier with every day that passes, caring for twins is a tough job but so rewarding, amazing, joyful and all those good feelings.

I am a stay at home mom, working from home. Having time for the kid’s, time to organize the house and working in between, can be a little over whelming at times. Not to forget that quality time for hubby and me.

We were so excited when we found out about our twins as was our little boy, he loved to read to them and sing songs while they were growing in my belly.

One thing I was looking forward to was a really impressive twin belly shot, which never happened as you can see from the photo. This was me at about 35 weeks pregnant, people who didn't know me had no idea I was having twins. Three weeks and two days later our girls were on their way, I delivered naturally and my husband and I were excited to finally meet our girls.

When we arrived home with our newborn girls, Nana and Granddad (my parents) came over to meet our precious two. Our adorable little boy ran out to greet them saying ‘My sisters are here and they are gorgeous’ this was a super cute moment, perfectly phrased.

Our twins inspired me and my husband to create this website for expectant mothers, fathers and families.
