Hello,
I just started my second trimester and am pregnant with twins :)
I am feeling absolutely fine and healthy, eating well, and am sleeping well too. I have a trip planned internationally (totally unavoidable) in June. Everyone seem to be freaking me out about premature labor.
I will be starting my trip during my 22nd week and completing it by 24th week.
1. What are the chances for premature labor between this timeframe? Any statistics would help.
2. What precautions must I take?
3. How can I ensure good health prior to travel and throughout my pregnancy that will delay labor as much as possible? - Any exercises, yoga, diet plan?
Any input is greatly appreciated.
I have been going in for my frequent ultrasounds, and my twins look great :) and absolutely beautiful!
Thanks.
